Sit comfortably in an upright position. Place your palms and fingers together in front of you at the level of your chest. Keeping your palms and fingers together, bring your wrists downward as you bring your elbows upward [this is extension]. You'll feel a stretch along the front of your hands and wrists. Relax and return to the starting position.

Next, place the backs of your hands and fingers together in front of you at the level of your chest. Keeping your palms and fingers together, bring your wrists upward as you bring your elbows downward [this is flexion]. You'll feel a stretch along the back of your hands and wrists. Relax and return to the starting position.
